Lamont is super freaking Cool too. Not really had much experience with the other guys working there but EVERYONE IVE EVER DEALT WITH THERE has been Polite and Professional.

I have been coming here for at least 18 years. I have bought about 15 bicycles and numerous equipment. I have volunteered working with them as they work in the community to have kids ride safely, races, and promotion of the City of Leavenworth. They ALL find time to work with any customer. Yes they are busy at times, but that is because of the number of cyclists that come from far away to this shop. They do the best they can and the customer service is the best in the United States that I have seen. All the people here are knowledgible and smart enough to know when they do not know the answer to find out. Numerous people, who are in foreign lands, still converse with this shop, to include sending equipment for repair or requesting equipment. I have been around cycling/running stores, USA and overseas, and I have never been disappointed in all forms of customer service and or product.

The shop has a very condescending and sexist staff. Poor customer service overall.

Bikes pay the Bills not Coffee.....

Friendly knowledgeable staff, Nice Selection, Competitive Pricing and a Coffee Bar! Plus they actually know how to do good coffee/espresso.

i don't regret it at all. Once you decide to go ahead and spend the money this place is top knotch, and will make it worth your wild. The group rides and the classes the offer are probably the best part.

Update: We have purchased several thousand dollars of Bikes and stroller trailer from these guys!

Beginner here, was looking for information and was planning on a local buy. To echo the sentiment mentioned below, I didn't feel like the gentleman really cared. I mean, I'm sure he did and maybe it was a busy morning, but the minute a family walked in looking to immediately buy I was literally left standing there. That was not a good feeling. I would have been ready to buy after more info, and was willing to drop a pretty penny in doing so. Edit: It's a nice shop with nice bikes and accessories and from the slight moment I was being briefed, the man was very knowledgeable. But again, I left feeling like a penniless bum.

They do a great job with coffee just like with the bikes but you gotta realize they might be a couple minutes to get to you if they are busy with the bikes...

On the downside and I think this goes with any cycling shop is that it is expensive initially. I believe most people when they think they want to get a good bike think they can get a Tour de France bike for about $400. So no fault on the bike shop, it's just that a good road bike starting to is gonna run you $800-900. Then there are pedals, shoes, shorts etc.

So I started cycling when I got to Kansas for staff college. They were able to fix me up with a good bike, and are phenomenal with service. Any new bike you get from them they fix for free for the first year. They also do group rides to help you get used to the bike.

Do Not Hesitate to check them out. Plus, if you have decent credit, they accept TREK CREDIT! Doesn't have to be a TREK bike either! If you are a realistic person then you won't be disappointed! Otherwise, go to freaking WAL-MART and buy a Cheap Bike and Deal With It....... LOL

They are ALL AWESOME PEOPLE! These goofballs complaining about Brendon must want some "idiot" bowing and begging for their business.... That guy is Super knowledgeable and kind and very straight forward. Not Rude IN THE LEAST. It bothers me that people that were never gonna buy anything, have Bogus Complaints... And the guys try to accommodate everyone that wants coffee but let's get real, there are coffee shops in town if that's All you want... If you're in a rush you don't go to a bike shop to get your coffee!
