This place is GREAT! The coffees, bagel sandwiches, and doughnuts are fantastic. Be prepared to wait in line to place an order though... Limited outdoor seating on the sidewalk (we always bring the dog to sit with us on a Saturday then hit the Farmers' Market across the street).
The homemade doughnuts are amazing. The cappuccinos are very good. I had the breakfast burrito and it was good. The potato's were a little under cooked bit otherwise very tasty. Most definitely worth the find
Deliciously crafted coffee. Fun little market place with vegan, organic, and kosher dry good options. They also showcase work from local artists and craftsmen.
The food was ok but way over priced, the menu was hard to read. They tried to charge me twice as much for two hot chocolates and one donut until I said something about the price. Not worth the money
Meriwether's is my favorite place to come to in the Kansas city area. I love when I'm living somewhere or visiting, finding the gem in each place and Meriwether's is that And even more! They are the friendliest people who have really created a fantastic space for people to gather and really feel at home and cared for. The coffee is great and the breakfasts burritos are my go to food here. Also the donuts are spectacular and you shouldn't pass on them if/when you visit! I also love their locally made items, especially their soaps that smell fantastic. I recommend Meriwether's 100% and more!
