Continue to be impressed with the quality of service at the Leavenworth Enterprise. I regularly (monthly) rent for work and always have been satisfied here. Unfortunately I can't say that about other locations and chains but the staff here are exceptional.
Both of the gentlemen that helped us during renting and returning our rental car were phenomenal. Courteous, cheerful, polite and very respectful. Always addressing us a Mr. Or Miss. Other than the car bring a bit dirty it was a wonderful experience! Thanks Enterprise!
The service I received was the worst ever. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to pick up my car that was reserved 2 weeks prior only to be told they didn't have a car and there were none in the Kansas City metro area. They didn't try to locate a car and said there may be a car later in the day. We were leaving town on vacation and I refused to wait 5 hours for the hope a car might become available. What good is a reservation if they don't honor it? I called the Enterprise Reservation number and they said cars were available at the airport and a few surrounding locations yet the Leavenworth store said there were no cars. Enterprise would not honor my reservation price at another location so I was stuck without a car unless I wanted to pay more. The reservation desk transferred me to the escalation department which took down my information and said a regional manager would be in touch. Its been 6 weeks since this happened and no one from Enterprise has contacted me. I will never use Enterprise again.
Great staff that work at the leavenworth location. Just took the family on holiday trip. Great rates and experience. Keep up the great work.
Enterprise customer service has been much better than where I was renting from before. The car was good but I'm very picky on the cleanliness of the glass which is average at best. The interior glass is always very streaky. Otherwise everything is great!
