If I could give no stars I would. I went in the other day wanting a trim and to get straight across bangs. I did provide a picture because I enjoyed the bangs and that was what I wanted. I also mentioned that I wanted to keep it longer in the front than the back. My stylist completely ignored that, cut about 3-4 inches off, and made my bangs too short to where they just stick right up. I've had straight across bangs before, never has it been done so poorly. It's been 2 days later and I am still trimming patches of hair so that it will be the same length. It looks nothing like what I wanted or had asked for. I will not be recommending this salon or hair stylist to anyone.
Been going for years. Friendly staff. Combined with the fanatically simple app its FAST. Fairly priced.

3rd time I've been to this great clips, 3rd time I've left at 9:15 or later due to an open sign saying open, yet the doors being locked. Not sure if its this location or great clips in general, but sport clips opens when advertised, I'll stick to them from now on.
Went in asking for a stacked bob, came out with a very poor excuse. The "stylist" didn't know how to cut dry hair. I have lots of curls that stretch several inches longer when wet. I specifically told her I wanted it chin length when dry. The whole time this chick was cutting my hair (no layers at all, just a straight cut across my neck) she kept telling how prestigious the beauty academy was that she attended. I didn't ask or care about any of this, I just wanted my hair to be smiliar to the picture I had showed her. Finally it was time to blow dry my hair. Of course it was cut wet at chin length so when it dried it shrank nearly to the middle of my ears. After all was said and done I was so disappointed I ended up telling her. Her respons was "come back within four days and we'll give you another cut." There is no hair left to cut, unless she was planning on shaving me bald. I will not be going in... EVER AGAIN.
