Well as you know I was at the er waiting room waiting to see my friend and tell them to call me after he got due to me going home to take care of Daniel. He told me that it still would be a couple of hours before they were through. It a outstanding job because he was right. Pick him around 12:05 tonight. They that him for all of different thing. Good friendly and very helpful staff there.

We are new to the area and wasn't sure where to go for medical attention. From the time we walked in until the time we left it was a great experience. Everyone that helped us was caring and professional. They took very good care of our grandson in the ER and made it a pleasant experience for him.

The ER staff on Sunday morning treated my one year old daughter. The nurses and doctors were kind, considerate, and good with a fussy, sick baby. The doctor even checked back in on her multiple times to just make sure we had everything we needed. They took very good care of us.

Great!!! Always kind, efficient. I've had a hand full of surgerys there... It's the only place I could love & appreciate so much and not really ever want to have to go back to... Unless I do volunteer work ;0).... My husband and I thank each and every one of you...❤

I have normally had good experiences at this ER. I need hip replacement surgery along with having arthritis, neuropathy, bone spurs, no cushion in L1,L2 and L3 in my spine. We've been waiting on insurance procedures but the pain got so horrific, I couldn't wait any longer. I couldn't walk without assistance and the pain was unbearable. Upon getting to the back of ER, the wait wasn't long as I was the only patient. Doctor asks me what brought me in and I told him. He offered me a Tylenol or an ibuprofen. At this point I'm in tears, my husband is furious but we just said OK. I started to ask for a prescription of anti inflammatory and before I could even get it out of my mouth, he hatefully said no! After he heard me say Mobic, (anti inflammatory) he changed his mind and gave me the prescription. (non narcotic) He did end up giving me a pill for pain but was mean and accusing. I understand protocol and even being cautious of pain meds, but we're not all drug abusers. I was judged before he ever seen me and didn't even offer an xray or anything. He just didn't care if I was in pain or not. He had his mind made up after he seen that I had two prior visits (in 6 months)because of two separate falls, due to my bone on bone hip dysplasia. I've never felt so disappointed or mistreated by a doctor as I did that night. Shame on him for his hateful accusations and disbelief of an older woman in such terrible pain.
