It is the Eisenhower Combined Arms Research Library, NOT the "Ike Skeleton".
Nice library, easy to use resources, friendly staff, study rooms and tables, great view from parts of the second floor. Very clean. Only thing I'd recommend is bringing a warm jacket- the A/C is pretty cold, even in a sweatshirt (at least during summer).
