If you gave up on the staff before I would encourage you to try them again.
Staff is courteous on occasion, but other times I am denied service, for instance I was told it would take 45 minutes to complete my drive thru order at 4pm on a weekday. They also deliver but when you phone in an order they say they don't have a driver. It's best to go to the physical store however, since they have forgotten items on numerous occasions while delivering, and the employees actually claimed that I was lying in order to get a free bowl of soup. Nice facility but terrible staff.
The new management is great. Always very nice and very professional. Always make you feel very welcome.
I order here, regularly. They almost always get my order perfect. Food is always fresh and good. Best sandwich place in the area, without question.
I used to hate going here with prior owners. Felt like no one cared you were there. Now I feel like the place is more enjoyable.

Fresh bread, good service. The sandwich was good. I had cheese and broccoli soup that was kind of bland. I would go back.
