I scheduled to get an estimate from this company and had a date and time set. No one showed and no one called to say they wern't showing. I give them the benefit of the doubt, I understand people get busy. I called and tried to set up another appointment the lady I talked to was polite, I let her know that they had no showed and she apologized and said they would be by in the next two days. First day nothing I called to check that they would be by the next day and she assured me they would. Next day I called around one to remind them she said she would remind him. No one showed and no one called to say they weren't showing. A total waste of time. I wouldn't be so upset if someone would have just told me they were busy and wouldn't be by. I wouldn't recommend you waste your time with Swann painting because they have no regard for your time and clearly don't care about your business.
UPDATE: So I changed my review from a one star to a two star. Mr.Swann did finally call and apologize. He seemed genuine and was very polite. Hopefully if you use this company you will have better luck.
I made an appointment to have Bob Swann give me an estimate for repainting/fixing the bubbling on the exterior of my house. We agreed upon a time and I showed up at my house at the agreed upon time and Mr. Swann did not. I figured he was busy and gave him 20 minutes to call or show up. After that I called his office to be informed that he was in KC and was not going to make it. Ok I will give him this one but a call to me telling me that would have been nice instead of forcing me to check up on him. I was able to reschedule for that afternoon. He showed up seemed nice and looked the place over promising to have me an estimate shortly in a day or 3 or 4. Well now its 2 weeks later and still no word back from Mr. Swann. Not only did he waste 2 hours of my time by not showing up for his first meeting at a time he agreed upon but he also wasted another hour or more by meeting with me and never sending an estimate when he promised. Being someone who values my personal and professional time this is not appreciated. I will not be working with them again.
