My experience was very excellent! Friendly staff and they are very caring! After purchasing my vehicle over the weekend a hose broke! I called benji auto and they got me right in for service! Not only did they fix the hose that was causing problems, but replaced all the hoses on my navigator! Gave me a oil change and made my day!
They sold us a truck with a SALVAGE ENGINE IN IT and DID NOT DISCLOSE that to us prior to the sale. We did a test drive and everything was working fine, and then on our way HOME from the lot all the check engine lights came on. The next morning we took it to our mechanic and he listed around 25 things that were in need of repair that added up to over $4,000. He said any competent/ethical mechanic would have NEVER okay'd this truck for sale. We then called Benji, only a short 12 hours after our purchase, and let him know of the situation.. hoping he would reconcile it, but NOT EVEN CLOSE. He ignored us and put us off until finally, after we had called him 26 times, he said he would pick up the truck and have his mechanics "fix" it.
Update: Within my first month of having my vehicle. Had to spend money getting a A.C compressor. Second month before even getting my tags. My truck dashlights started flashing. My A.C cuts off and on. My head lights will cut orff. Then come back on, while I am driving at night. It happens at random times. About time I make it to my appointments. It stops and they are unable to find a solution. So I am left with it unfixed until its able to be caught messing up. Only had my Jeep going on three months.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS REVIEW. WE GOT SCREWED BY THESE GUYS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Best car buying experience I have ever had! No pressure to look at this vehicle or that vehicle. Sales people are knowledgeable about each vehicle, with a nice and friendly attitude. Over the last few years, I have purchased a vehicle for myself and two more for family members, due to the quality of the vehicles and friendly service.
I REPEAT.... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We now have been home with our new truck for 2 days and the list of problems we've had is still growing.
EIGHT weeks later, we pick up our truck and pay them $1400 (which is something good I have to point out, they did split all the charges they claimed to have had with us....)
Benjies is such an amazing company. They were super friendly from the moment we walked on the lot and gave us an amazing deal on our gorgeous 2006 Mustang GT. Both Mike and Blaine were super helpful and amazing all around. Definitely stop by and check them out if you're in the Leavenworth area and looking for a vehicle!
Update: Almost two weeks ago. I needed a new water pump. The Jeep started running hot and leaking antifreeze quickly. Today 8-21-17 had to buy new front brakes, rotors and needed a brake flush.
Everyone is so nice. Mike work hard to find a way. To get you into a vehicle quickly. With low car payments. I highly recommend them. I traveled from Johnson County. Just to get a vehicle from them.
