John was very knowledgeable and huge help showing me how to use everything on the car at delivery. Second purchase with Zeck because service doesn't end when you drive your new car off the lot. Danny in service is the best! Zeck really has created a paradigm shift in the car-buying experience. It was fast, no pressure, and the deal was unbeatable, and I know they are going to continue to take care of me after my purchase.
I went in about a month ago after finding a car online that I was interested in. When I went in I saw Gavin. Gavin is a great guy, almost like your best bud from high school. We got right to it when I arrived. I was taken out to the car, we spoke about the fact that it had front bumper work being done to it. I even saw the bumper and was cool with it. Test drive the car and I was satisfied with what I saw. Did a walk-around of the car, and didn't see any major flaws for it being used. Went in and did the paperwork and was sent home with a loner car until the work on the bumper could be completed. They offered me free delivery to make it work better for me. About a week later, my car arrived, and there was a repair issue that needed to be taken care of. After some communication, the car was picked up and serviced. The car was returned in just under two weeks, which was fine, because they provided a loaner car at no cost to me.
This is my first car in about 10 years and I can honestly say I was TERRIFIED to shop for a car. I hate playing the negotiation game. My brother referred me to Zeck Ford.
