Charged $515 for a water pump replacement! $386 for a circuit board replacement for taillights! All is too much
They do great work. They have a decent waiting area, and they will drive you to work or home and pick you back up when the work is done.
We took our car for an oil change and was told that it needed four new struts at a cost of $1,818.00. The dealer also checked it and said none were needed, but that there was a tear on one strut that may need to be repaired later. Butler also told us a truck of our needed several services, but now after this incident we will be taking it to the dealer as well.

Got some work done a few months ago and the owner and the front desk guy was extremely rude when I went to pick up my truck. Will not be back or be telling my friends and family about this place. And to top it off they wanted to run all these test on the truck and kept calling me to do them. $300 later and nothing was done. So I went to another body shop and got the problem fixed.
