They did a estmate o. My car damaged it . It took them 1 month to give my car i paid 2000 dollars for no reason .its bad when the supervisor cant look you in the eye . Wisper behind your back instead of talking to you ...
Professional group of people. They told me it would take 4 days but instead it took 2 days. They even buffered a big scratch on the side for free and washed the whole car! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I was in more than one accident in a weekend and CARSTAR was amazing with helping me get it fixed quickly and helping with a rental car. They are so friendly and worked with me. My car came back looking brand new again!
I would not recommend this place if you are very attentive to your vehicle. We had a dispute about a scratch that I am sure they caused on my leather . The initial repair to the exterior of my car was not done very well. My wife, who is not a car person, immediately said "this is not acceptable." The second attempt at repairing the exterior was a fair attempt, and would be good enough for most people. I see the flaws. Carstar did make an attempt to remedy the scratched leather by buying a new part, but was not willing to pay the full cost of installation. Though they made an effort, it still would have left me to pay a portion of the cost for someone else's mistake. Ultimately my insurance company said that they would pay the rest, but that still left Carstar avoiding some of their responsibility.
