My dog was choking on a bone which was stuck in the back of her throat. I was told by the staff that I did not have an appointment and they could not see me. She was very unconcerned that our dog could die. It is was difficult to explain to my two children that some people do not care about others.
Staff is very helpful, and genuinely show concern for your pets. Overall great experience. My only complaint would be prices which I understand veterinary care is not cheap, but payment plans would be helpful.
Sadie got her nail broken off the day before I got to the vet and it just would not stop bleeding. Finally I went to the vet at dog and cat clinic and they told me they were booked all day and couldnt schedule me until Tuesday. I was not going to wait until Tuesday for my pet to see a vet. I know it's just a broken nail but it could of easily got infected and became way worse. After I have tried other vets that said they were all booked and could not get me in I stopped by broadway clinic. They were very nice and very helpful. Even though they said they were booked all day they said they could squeez me in but it would be a 20-30 min wait. So I waited and the vet was amazing. Thank you again and I will definitely be going back for any other issues I have with my pet!
Very disappointed with this animal clinic. The staff lacks compassion. They are rude and have an extremely non-caring attitude. We recently moved to Leavenworth and started going to this vet clinic. Needless to say, after one visit we will never go back! I dont know how one gets so many deplorable people working under one roof but they have mastered it.
My dog had an issue arise quickly so we were looking for an urgent same day visit. With no knowledge of this vet except for a few online reviews, I nervously made an appointment. I am SO glad we went there. It's just outside the post gate so it was very convenient. And they took amazing care of our dog. [After a necessary surgery I came to pick her up - and found that instead of keeping her in the back where she was acting very anxious, they kept her up with the receptionist all day so that she would relax. I've never heard of that. I was impressed.] They even called frequently to check on her in between appointments. We will definitely be using them for all future care for our pets.
